ISIP-PUSIT

That is the Law of Attraction," sagot ko sa kanya.
Dahil malakas ang paniniwala ko na nagluto sila ng pusit sa araw na iyon ay yun talaga ang nangyari.

Ang pusit sa kwento ay parang pangarap
natin. Kung iisipin, sasabihin, isasapuso
at dadasalan siguradong maaabot natin ito
kasabay ng MATINDING AKSYON!
Ikaw, isip-pusit ka ba?

The Irony of Life

"When you choose what is easy your life will be hard. If you choose what is hard your life will be easy." I first heard this quote in an inspirational video and this become my favorite quote already. At first, I was confused with the message it wants to give but looking in my life now I came to understand that it is really true. Come to think of the people who do not want to get out from their comfort zones. They are so embraced by their fears to venture the difficulty of life. However, unknowingly their lives becomes hard. Now, let us take a look to the other side. I look up to the people who are so brave to take the risks. They ignore the negative noises that pull them down instead they continue to commit themselves to their dreams.

Poverty is a very intriguing issue in our society. Most people keep on blaming the government but the question is, do we really want to get rid out of it. In my opinion, we already embrace  this problem and subconciously we really do not want a better life. We are even fond of saying that, "I am already contented with a simple life." The truth is we are afraid of having a better life. We know that it is too difficult so we stay in our comfort zones. On the other side, the millionaires who were once poor too and don't even finish college were couragous enough to get out from their boxes and take the difficult path and later on their lives become easier.

Indeed, life is too ironic. Take the longer road and your life will be EASY!

FIRST IN ASIA: VEGETABLE JUICE

The Power of Five Power herbs

“10 years of medical research of Filipino scientists come up with the unique combination of the Five power herbs-The First Vita Plus" as what people in the First Vita Plus always say. Among the 1300 Philippine herbs, these five plants has the most medicinal qualities. They are the Moringa Oleifera (Malunggay), Capsicum Frutescens (Dahon ng Sili), Corchorus Olitorius (Saluyot), Amaranthus Spinosus (Kulitis) and Ipomoea Batatas (Talbos ng Kamote).

Malunggay tagged as the National Vegetable and Mother's Best Friend can provide Vitamins A to Zinc. According to studies, this plant can prevent up to 300 diseases. This helps in detoxifiation and lowering blood sugar. In provinces, people get its juice or 'katas' and put in wounds because it is a good antibiotic. Most of all, malunggay is a cancer-fighter.

Dahon ng Sili is the second ingredient in the vegetable in a drink. We all know that the pepper is a good appetizer (pampagana) especially in Bicol region making this herb too an aphrodisiac (pampagana sa sex). Also, in other regions in the Philippines, people put the pepper below their tongues or sometimes chew it when their blood pressure goes up. This proves that dahon ng sili really lowers blood pressure. Another highlight of this herbs is that it is a natural pain reliever so people with peptic ulcer( pananakit ng sikmura), arthritis (pananakit ng muscle), varicose veins, and menstrual cramps should try FIRST VITA PLUS before it's too late!

Third is the power of the smooth saluyot. Just like the oil which is a good lubricant, the saluyot has the same function too. Saluyot cleans our colon smoothly. Why do we need the saluyot? Just imagine a garbage that is stocked for a long time, maybe you already smell its hell-like odor from your chair right now. Just like the garbage in our colon if it is not thrown out it will lead to constipation and if neglected it will lead to colon cancer.

My most favorite in the Five power herbs is the Kulitis because I am a testimony that it heals toothache. Since I am tired of the pain-reliever capsules I tried an old remedy. I pulled out a kulitis plant and get its roots, put in a hot water for 10 minutes and let my mouth  absorbed its nutrients. The following day, I am back with my usual jolly self because my toothache just went away. Kulitis too is a good expectorant. My mother is a testimony of that. she has a unique experience when she drinks First Vita Plus. She said, " Nung uminom ako nitong First Vita Plus, grabe yung inilalabas na sipon at plema sa akin. Nakakadiri na nga yung towel na gamit ko. Pagkatapos isang araw, nilabasan ako ng laman na nakabalot sa plema at dugo." And that is because of the expectorant kulitis. Kulitis, a rhyme with "kutis" is also good for the skin.

Last to complete the power of five is the Talbos ng Kamote. This is the only plant that with iodine. That is why to those who have goiter, here is the solution. Lack of iodine can also lead to mental disorders. Some in the provinces believes that Talbos ng Kamote increases blood pressure but here is the fact: Talbos ng kamote increases red blood cells not the blood pressure so it helps anemic patients.

The Five Power herbs were turned into a powder-juice form by cold process to retain the nutrients. Sprayed with natural variants of Dalandan, Melon, Guyabano (cancer-fighter) and Mangosteen( packed with 22 ant-oxidant-rich fruits and vegetables aside from the five power herbs)

Once you wake up early in the morning it is a sign that a new chapter of your life begins so the best way to start it is to smile. It helps to recharge your energy to continue your battles in life. Especially when you are sad try smiling from your heart and it will really make a big difference. It does not mean that you are not true with what you feel, it just shows how brave you are enough to face whatever the day brings.

2. Pray.

Talking to God is a sign of trusting Him throughout the flow of the day. First, be grateful that you are alive and you can continue whatever mission you have. Second, ask His guidance to make you and your loved ones safe. Ask also for forgiveness and peace. Lastly, tell God to guide you in achieving your dreams and say those dreams to Him. Saying them will keep you reminded to push harder to make those dreams come true.

3. Hug someone.

Once you hug someone it does not just a feel-good for the person you are hugging but it will make you feel the same way too. Hugging is a two-way communication of the persons involved in which they let their hearts talk. Life is all about love so this will help in strengthening your relationships with the people around you. This also shows how you value them.

So Smile, Pray and Hug someone everyday because positive things will happen throughout your day! #goodvibes
